Driven by Purpose.
Grounded in Performance.

For more than 17 years, I have helped establish, operate, scale and transform healthcare organizations across Saudi Arabia.

View My Executive Journey ↓

My work sits where clinical quality, operational discipline, team alignment and financial sustainability meet.

Today, I lead a network of two medical complexes, two pharmacies, more than 65 outpatient clinics and over 310 employees. I focus on building systems that make growth repeatable: clear governance, measurable performance, patient-centered workflows and accountable leadership.

I believe the strongest healthcare organizations are not built around one function or one person. They are built by teams that understand the purpose, own the priorities and improve the system together.

Purpose Creates Direction.
Leadership Turns It into Progress.

Ayed Al Naamneh - Leadership Quote: Always be purposeful, Always be a leader, Always be innovative, Always inspire those around you

One Team. One Operating System. Sustainable Results.

Sustainable healthcare performance comes from connecting every function to one shared purpose. Strategy becomes actionable when leadership, clinical operations, finance, marketing, people, quality and support systems move in the same direction.

The structure may change by organization, but the principle does not: every function must reinforce quality, patient experience, operational control and sustainable growth.

Leadership That Builds,
Scales and Transforms.

My experience spans the full healthcare operating cycle - from greenfield development and licensing to multi-site governance, growth, quality readiness and P&L performance.
